Eligibility

Eligible applicants include for-profit, small businesses with 500 employees or less* that are owned and operated in the state of Texas.

We especially encourage submissions from minority-owned or disadvantaged businesses in Texas.

*These criteria follow the small-business size requirement established for the SBIR and STTR programs of the U.S. Small Business Association as outlined in 13 C.F.R. § 121.702(c).
